Villa Eleni is situated between the village of Skaloma and Lake Vouliagmeni, only 10 Klm from the town of Perahora and 18 Klm from cosmopolitan Loutraki, the seat of the Municipality. It is only 95 klm away from Athens, via the New National Road of Athens-Corinth and just …. klm away from Korinthos, with the renowned medieval Castle, while via the National Road of Corinth-Patras, one can reach Patras and western Peloponnese.

Those who love swimming in more secluded beaches, they can visit Flambouro and Skaloma. Milokopi, Sterna and Strava, are also famous for their beautiful beaches and their crystal clear waters.
In the east of the town of Loutraki, the Gerania Mountain Range, which begins from Megara and ends at the Cape of Heraion is densely forested and provides quite a number opportunities for activities such as hiking, climbing and mountain biking, while enjoying the natural environment. On the Gerania Mountain Range (altitude: 1.100 metres at the Aetorachi peak), hiking enthusiasts will discover many beautiful tracks and paths, as well as interesting old churches, Byzantine monasteries and archaeological sites.
The Mountaineering Club of Loutraki organizes excursions and hiking on the slopes of the Gerania Mountains very frequently. Moreover, various sport centres in Loutraki organize activities, such as rock-climbing, horse-riding, trekking, mountain bike rides and paintball.
The cosmopolitan town of Loutraki, about 20mins away from the Villa, has been a renowned Spa Resort since ancient times, due to its geothermal springs, derived from many faults of the coastal area, in a zone of 750 m. The natural spring hot water, at the bottom of Mount Gerania, is discharged from a great mineral depth and during its journey towards the surface, the pure spring water is being filtered through porous layers and is thus greatly enriched in precious trace elements, salts and minerals, with great healing properties. All the history of Greece is represented in this area, from the ancient port and the temple of Heraion in the Vouliagmeni Lake, through the Byzantine monasteries on the Gerania mountain range, to the bustling night-life of the town of Loutraki.
The Health Centre of Loutraki offers health services on a 24-hour basis. The Health Centre also provides an Ambulance for emergencies. The General Hospital of Corinthia Prefecture is 8 kilometres away from Loutraki.
As a summer resort, Loutraki has many shops, banks and other facilities for visitors, as well as supermarkets and open-markets offering local products. For daily shopping from the Villa, one can buy supplies either in Perahora village or near the Vouliagmeni Lake, 10 minutes away. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and mini markets.
